EBL is proud to have Shannon Carter join EBL Partners as an Assistant Project Manager. Shannon’s undergraduate degree in Interior Design is also from the College of Design, Construction and Planning at UF.  Welcome on Board!

EBL submitted a bid to the owner and design team which entails the renovation of 119 units prior to the Republic Convention in Tampa.  Thank you to our trade contracting community in your support in bidding this project.

EBL is spearheading the completion of Unit 905C (Barclay Floor Plan) prior to contract closing between Unit Owner and Avenue Capital Group.

EBL bid on the FIU Physics and Chemistry Restroom Renovation Project.  It was quite competitive with 20 bidders.  The average of the bids was $425k.  EBL’s number was $423,240, not bad, but the lowest was $342k (ouch) and the highest $599K.
